How do I contact Ultra Ego Cosmetics?
For all questions regarding your online order, you can contact us by sending an email to info@ultraegocosmetics.com or through our Contact page. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible, but please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response.
Are your products paraben-free and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are paraben-free and cruelty-free.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently only ship within the United States. We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping for domestic orders to all states within the U.S.A.
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Ultra Ego Cosmetics.
For all orders, USPS will provide a tracking number. However, insurance is not included. Ultra Ego Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost orders or missing items when shipped by USPS.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Returns will only be applicable in cases where the product was damaged or missing. Please contact customer service at info@ultraegocosmetics.com within 14 days to have your item replaced.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to ship, and 5-6 days for your item to arrive. Item processing and delivery may take longer during sales and promotions.
What forms of payment does Ultra Ego accept?
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards as valid forms of payment on this website. We also accept PayPal.
